The categories of information that we process include:

Numbers of visitors to website. for purely business monitoring purposes  but no personal data or identifiers is stored or used in conjunction with this information.

First names are used for drink identification in cafe for a limited time but not stored or used for any onward purpose.

In cafe for staff 

• personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (such as name, date of birth, contact details and postcode and passport copies for identification of staff
• administration detals for staff (such as employment data, tax and pension information role, start and end dates 
• Curriculum vitae information for selection and training of staff

It may be necessary to add further information during working periods for example if information changes.

We hold data securely for the period of time that you are working for the business and follow our data retention schedule which means that personal data will be destroyed after a period of 3 months following the date of an individual leaving the business.
