Administration detals for staff (such as employment data, tax and pension information role, start and end dates)

The personal data collected is essential, in order for the business to fulfil their official management functions and meet legal requirements.
We collect personal information via new starter information forms and the application process.
We understand and abide by the regulations within the UK General Data Protection Regulation 2018 - GDPR
It may be necessary to add further information during working periods for example if information changes.
We hold data securely for the period of time that you are working for the business and follow our data retention schedule which means that personal data will be destroyed after a period of 3 months following the date of an individual leaving the business.

Business employment solicitor (where applicable)
Xero secure accounting system
Accountancy practice (where applicable)
HMRC
Directors of the business for HR purposes
We do not share information about individuals in roles with anyone without consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so.
